Within the Ministry of Defence, we provide consultancy services to the Directorate General of Armament and Material in the definition and optimisation of its management processes, as part of the Ministry of Defence’s Digital Transformation Plan.

We also collaborate with the SDG of Planning and Environment of the General Directorate of Infrastructures, offering consultancy services in the centralised procurement of energy supplies (electricity, fuels and natural gas) and support for their management, monitoring and control and advice on the contracting model for electric vehicle charging services on public roads (electric charging stations).

We have provided services for the Ministry of the Interior, through consultancy to the Directorate General of Traffic (DGT), in strategic areas such as the development of regulatory projects, implementation of the new national road safety strategy, the study of the transformation of mobility, and the improvement in the management of the Agency itself. We have also provided support in project management and in the implementation of methodological improvements, supporting the Planning and Technology Offices of the IT Management, in the global calendar of contracting and projects within the Operational Plan and Digital Transformation Plans, as well as in the monitoring of progress.

For the Ministry of Justice, we have provided support and advice in different State Secretariats such as the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Innovation and Quality of the Public Justice Service, in activities of adaptation and compliance with the National Security Strategy and the RGPD, as well as in the deployment of the new Civil Registry, Nationality, Office of Asset Management (ORGA), and support in the Implementation of the new organisational model of the Public Justice Service.

In the area of the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, we have carried out contracting activities and the preparation of technical documents for the renovation and modernisation of infrastructures.

For the Social Security IT Management (GISS) of the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration, we have provided support in the management of the Strategic Plan and technical support in the preparation of technical specifications for IT equipment and systems.

We have provided consultancy and technical assistance to the Ministry of Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge, providing support to the Directorate-General for Services in terms of adapting regulations to the national security scheme and the operation of a security office.

In this period, we have provided consultancy services to the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS), of the Ministry of Health in the preparation of its Strategic Plan.

Our contribution to the Spanish Radio and Television Corporation (RTVE) has consisted of providing support in the Strategic Technology Plan and its monitoring mechanisms. Also in the design and implementation of the electricity supply contracting strategy, and in its monitoring and control.
