Isdefe is affiliated to the Ministry of Defense, through the Secretary of State for Defense, being the National Institute for Aerospace Technology (INTA), the holder of all the shares of its capital stock.
Isdefe’s president is the Secretary of State for Defense, which guarantees the alignment of the company with the interests of the Spanish Administration in the field of Defense and Security.

WORKFORCE
Of Isdefe’s 1,746 employees, 92% work in the Operating Units and 8% in Corporate Services.
The staff is distributed in different work centers, 85% of which are located at our headquarters in Calle Beatriz de Bobadilla, 3, Madrid, the rest of the staff is located in: Torrejón de Ardoz, Robledo de Chavela, Villafranca del Castillo, Cebreros, Canarias and Cartagena.
