Isdefe has been a partner of the United Nations Global Compact since 2009, an international initiative that promotes corporate social responsibility under the principles of the UN and favours the achievement of the SDGs.
COLLABORATION AGREEMENT WITH THE
SECRETARY OF STATE FOR THE 2030 AGENDA
Isdefe has signed an agreement between the Secretary of State for the 2030 Agenda and the Companies and Public Entities whose objective is to establish a stable channel of collaboration that facilitates the execution of projects and actions aimed at fulfilling the SDGs of the 2030 Agenda.
FORÉTICA’S ACTION GROUP “SUSTAINABILITY AND CSR IN PUBLIC COMPANIES”
Isdefe participates as an observer in this collaborative platform coordinated by Forética for leadership in sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility for the public business sector, with the aim of advancing in the area of business sustainability and contributing to the achievement of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, increasing ambition, accelerating action and strengthening alliances.

Isdefe protects human rights violations with a series
of tools that act as prevention radars.

- The training and awareness of Isdefe’s professionals and the dissemination of these values

COMMITMENT
TO SUPPLIERS
Isdefe subjects all of its contracting processes to the principles of freedom of access to tenders, publicity, transparency, non-discrimination and equal treatment among bidders, implementing the principle of integrity in all of its procedures.
The general principles of public procurement are included in the specifications for each of the procedures that are published on Isdefe’s contractor profile, which is hosted exclusively on the Public Sector Procurement Platform.

Extending and complying with its environmental policy to suppliers by including an environmental clause in all of its specifications.

Obligation to comply with current legislation on employment, social security, social integration of people with disabilities and occupational risk prevention, as well as respect for applicable collective agreements.

Cause for termination in all specifications, associated with non-compliance with obligations in environmental, social or labour matters.

Tie-breaker clause that benefits companies with the highest percentage of permanent workers with disabilities on their staff, with the lowest percentage of temporary contracts on the staff or with the highest percentage of female employees on the staff.
All Isdefe’s contracting is subject to the controls that the Administration may wish to exercise over it, through its supervisory bodies. Isdefe complies with all the principles of transparency and the obligation to submit contracts to the Court of Audit.
Isdefe has also implemented a system of supervision and internal control of the work performed by its suppliers by assessing the quality of the services, supplies and works executed during the year.
