Isdefe develops its business strategy in an efficient and sustainable manner, as an instrument of the General State Administration (AGE), strengthening its position as in house technical service provider, its position as a benchmark company in the fields of Defence and Security, in the areas covered by the National Security Strategy, and accompanying the National Security Strategy in all its challenges.

As the NSA’s in house technical service provider, Isdefe is aware of the context introduced by the 2030 Agenda and its strategy includes support for the Ministry of Defence and the Public Administration in fulfilling the SDGs and, in turn, includes sustainability in the development of its activity.

Isdefe has a series of policies and measures in place that contribute to the fulfilment of the SDGs in three areas of action:
  • Economic
  • Isdefe incorporates the SDGs through the generation of quality employment, the fight against corruption and the promotion of innovation and digital transformation.
  • Environmental
  • Isdefe contributes to the environmental SDGs by prioritising the fight against climate change, promoting more sustainable consumption patterns and committing to sustainable mobility.
  • Social
  • Isdefe favours the inclusion of the SDGs by promoting gender equality and work-life balance policies, the establishment of a Health and Wellness Policy and staff training and education.
