Our support to the Ministry of Defence within the General Technical Secretariat has consisted of providing support for the implementation of the Digital Transformation, in the identification and modelling of work processes and in the design of data governance and management.

For the National Cryptologic Centre (CNI), our technical consultancy services in the evaluation and certification of ICT security products stand out, to assess and accredit security capabilities through the National Scheme, and the ICT Security Certification of the CCN Certification Body. In addition to providing technical consultancy for the preparation of the Catalogue of STIC Products and Services (CPSTIC). We have also supported the promotion and development of encryption and secure communications products (COMSEC) for NATO and EU environments.

We have provided support to the Army’s Logistical Support Command (MALE) in the digital transformation project in coordination with CESTIC, in three dimensions: data management, process automation and cultural change.

In the area of the Ministry of the Interior, our collaboration has consisted of promoting Information Systems and improving processes through the execution of projects for the implementation of ICT technologies. Also for the Directorate General of Police (DGP), our support in projects related to Digital Identity and the evolution of the DNIe 4.0, both in the specification of a new system for issuing electronic documentation and in the definition and contracting of a new Public Key Infrastructure (PKI).

Our support services to the State Public Employment Service (SEPE) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy, consisted of providing support to the Programmes and Services Office in the planning, management, technological consultancy, control and monitoring of ICT programmes, services and projects. Support has also been provided in the Public Employment Services Information System (SISPE), to guarantee the interoperability and exchange of information between the SEPE’s systems and those of the rest of the Public Administrations and external bodies.

During this period, in the Ministry of Labour and Social Economy (MITES) we have provided technological consultancy in the areas of Infrastructures and Security, Digital Workplace, Mobile Applications, Artificial Intelligence, Citizen Satisfaction and Statistics and Data Management.

We have provided services to the Ministry of Transport, Mobility and Urban Agenda, in the State Aviation Safety Agency (AESA), providing support in ICT strategy and management and in technological modernisation and digital transformation, as well as in the introduction of new technologies such as automatic robotisation of the Passenger Claims and Eurocontrol processes, and the introduction of a chatbot on the AESA website.

Within the scope of Administrador de Infraestructuras Ferroviarias (ADIF), we provide technical support in the ICT strategy focused on Digital Transformation and Data Governance and also in the management and supervision of the Information Security Operations Centre (SOC) (monitoring, prevention, detection and response to security incidents, etc.).

This year, we have accompanied the Ministry of Health in its Digital Health Strategy and in the monitoring of the action plan, providing technical support to the Spanish Agency of Medicines and Health Products (AEMPS) in the adaptation and implementation of IT and accounting systems to adapt them to legal changes.

For the Secretary of State for Digitalisation and Artificial Intelligence (SEDIA) of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, we have provided technical assistance in various activities in the area of cybersecurity and e-administration.

Isdefe has a long track record in supporting the Ministry of Justice. As part of the Justice Administration Modernisation programme, we have provided technical support to the DG of Digital Transformation of the Justice Administration in the planning, design, execution and management of incidents involving the testing of judicial information systems, in the implementation of the continuous integration process and in the configuration of judicial information systems. We have also provided technical support in the technological evolution of the MINERVA Procedural Management System, in European Union projects such as eCODEX, EXEC and the e-EDES Portal and in technological projects in the Country of the 2030 Agenda for Justice.

Within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, European Union and Cooperation, we have provided support services to the DG for Spaniards Abroad and Consular Affairs, in the coordination, control and monitoring of consular offices, in compliance with Schengen regulations on visas and in the monitoring of anti-fraud control measures, within the framework of the Financial Support Instrument for Border and Visa Management 2021-2027 (IGFV).

Our collaboration with the Ministry of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration (MISSM) has consisted of providing it with an advanced data analytics platform, with specific data and processing areas, called “Digital Infrastructure for Data-driven Social Inclusion Policies”, with Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Deep Learning (DL) requirements. For the Undersecretariat of Inclusion, Social Security and Migration we have provided support in the planning and project management of information systems and ICT infrastructures and in the design, acquisition, implementation, operation, evolution and improvement of ICT infrastructures.

For Aeropuertos Españoles y Navegación Aérea, AENA, we collaborated in the management of the Strategic Information Systems Plan and in the management of the framework agreements that serve as the basis for the acquisition and installation of ICT infrastructure equipment, the Data Processing Centre and airport security equipment.

Isdefe has provided consulting services in the definition of ICT projects that entail their digital transformation to the Cervantes Institute and the Museo Nacional del Prado (MNP). At the Corporación Radio y Televisión Española, we have provided strategic consulting for the development and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies in the processes of generating and distributing audiovisual content, and the development of AI-based tools for detecting fake news
