For the Secretary of State for Telecommunications and Digital Infrastructure (SETE-LECO), within the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, Isdefe has provided specialised consulting services in the planning and management of the radio spectrum in the development of radio communications services: radio and television broadcasting, point-to-point broadband and point-to-multipoint fixed service links, mobile services and space services.

We have provided support in the execution of frequency migration processes, derived from the first and second digital dividend, for use by mobile electronic communications services in the deployment of 4G and 5G technologies. In addition to support in the monitoring and implementation of the National 5G Plan. Of particular note is also our participation in the bidding processes for frequencies by electronic auction in the 26 GHz band, and in the actions for the development of broadband services and telecommunications infrastructures, established in the objectives set by the European Commission.

Our collaboration has been extended to support activities related to the deployment of 4G and 5G networks in the 700 and 800 MHz bands, monitoring the implementation of 5G pilot projects and the future evolution of this technology, as well as the evolution towards 6G technology.
